CellDe Innovation Labs Private Limited (“CellDe”, the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) owns and operates the site/website, www.cellde.com. The mobile optimized versions, Apps on Play store and Apple App store and/or any site(s) (the “Platform”) that reference these Terms & Conditions are for business development and demonstrative purposes for B2B clients. Therefore, our platform is not meant for individual users/end users and does not cater to the needs of general public at large.
The Terms of Use are published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 that require publishing the Rules and Regulations, Privacy Policy and Terms of Use for access or use of www.CellDe.com and our web or web/mobile software applications.
Subject to these Terms of Use and the Other Terms and Policies, the Company grants you a limited, revocable right to access and use the Platform solely for your own use. You agree not to modify, adapt, translate, or reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discern the source code of our Platform. Further, you may not reproduce all or any portion of the Platform. This Platform and its contents are the intellectual property of and are owned by the Company. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate use of this Platform or its services by you or other users in its sole discretion.
To access or test certain functionality, services and information made available through our Platform that requires a user account, you will be required to establish an account, which will be accessible upon input of an authorized e-mail address, a designated OTP, and other required information that is requested from you at either log in or later stage of order completion. For any user accounts of yours, you are responsible for maintaining the security of the account details issued to you for use with the Platform, and you are also responsible for the integrity and security of the operating environment from which you access the Platform.
Inactive Status: A User Account on our demo apps may be set to inactive if there is no activity associated with that Account for 180 days.
By submitting our contact form or requesting to schedule a demo, you understand that you may be contacted by a CellDe representative. You may be contacted via telephone, email, text, or pre-recorded message regarding CellDe offerings, programs, events or announcements. By providing us your phone number, you grant us the permission for the use of text messages, pre-recorded voice or and/or automatic telephone dialling systems to contact you and/or deliver CellDe related information, offers or announcements.
You also agree that CellDe may attempt to contact you via any telephone number you provide, even if it is a mobile telephone number which may result in charges to you. You can opt out from CellDe email and messaging services at any time by writing to sales@cellde.com.
You understand that agreeing to run diagnostics or data wipe through CellDe apps will allow CellDe access to your device, solely in relation to conducting the assessment of the quality parameters of your device or erase the data in accordance to highest industry standards. In no matter will your private information and data on the device will be accessed for any other purpose and that such information shall not be downloaded by the Company or used in any other manner.
The information and materials provided in the Platform are intended for general reference only, and may not describe all of the terms, conditions, and exceptions applicable to CellDe Services. We present information from Third Parties through the Platform, including trade-in prices offered for mobile devices, item descriptions, certain Third-Party terms of service, and other information (“Third Party Information”). CellDe cannot control, and is not responsible for the accuracy of any Third-Party Information.

If you find any link on our Platform that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us. We will consider requests to remove links but we are not obligated to do so or to respond to you directly.
The entire content included in this Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics or code is copyrighted under the International/Indian copyright laws, and is the property of CellDe with ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. You agree not to change or delete any proprietary notices from materials downloaded or accessed from this Platform.
All trademarks, service marks and trade names and logos of the Company used in this Platform are trademarks or registered trademarks of the Company. Other marks used on this Platform that have been posted by the Company are the property of their respective owners and are used on this Platform under permission.
THIS PLATFORM AND ITS CONTENTS IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND (EXCEPT WHERE SPECIFICALLY AND AFFIRMATIVELY NOTED OTHERWISE ON THIS PLATFORM). THE COMPANY DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT THE DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THIS PLATFORM OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES THE PLATFORM AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. We may offer chat rooms or similar public forums on this Platform where you and another person can communicate. Harassment in any manner or form on the Platform, including via email, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Company employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the Platform is prohibited. This Platform is intended for use by persons aged 18 or older, and by your use of this Platform you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age. The Company will not knowingly allow registration of an account for any person that the Company believes to be younger than 18. We also do not collect any personally identifiable information from any persons under the age of 18 and if we discover that we have been provided any such information, we will delete this information from our records.
These Terms of Use are applicable to you upon your accessing the Platform and/or completing the registration or ordering process. These Terms of Use, or any part of them, may be modified by the Company without notice at any time, for any reason; provided that if we decide to modify these Terms of Use, we will note at the top of these Terms of Use the date of the last update, which should alert you to changes in these Terms of Use since your prior visit to this Platform.
You and CellDe agree that all matters arising from or relating to the use and operation of the Site and/or the Services will be governed by the substantive laws of Republic of India, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. You agree that all claims you may have arisen from or relating to the operation, use or other exploitation of the Site and/or the Services will be heard and resolved under the jurisdiction of the civil courts at Chandigarh.
