CellDe Innovation Labs Private Limited (“CellDe”, the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) owns and operates the site/website, www.cellde.com and mobile applications (together or either, the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy informs You of our policies/procedures regarding the collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data when You use our Platform and the choices You have associated with that data.

We use your data to provide and improve the Platform. By accessing our Website and/or Mobile Applications or by using any part of our Platform You agree to be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy.

We do not sell any personal data about our clients or prospects and we only use any information shared with us for running and improving our Platform and in that capacity operate as a data controller and, to the extent that we process the data, as a data processor. This statement tells you what information we collect, the steps we take to protect and secure it, how we use and share information, and finally, how you can contact us with questions or concerns.

About us

CellDe is a software development company with proprietary solutions for device lifecycle management industry. The software includes web and mobile applications for diagnostics or device condition assessment, trade-in/buyback systems, warehouse management/inventory management and data wipe. Our software are for use by businesses, not individual users.

If you are using our application(s), it is either a demonstration app hosted to showcase the features and capability of our platform to relevant businesses or you're using our partner's setup that has been white-labelled and customized for their business use. You conduct your actual sale/transaction directly with our partner, unless otherwise specifically and clearly indicated, not CellDe. CellDe cannot control any aspect of your sales and transactions with our partners who are solely responsible to you for all aspects of your sales and transactions with them.

Information Collected and its Use

We may collect and use the following personal information about you and any other information you decide to share with us through mediums like Contact Us or Request A Demo form.

Types of Data Collected

Personal Data

While using our Platform, we may ask You to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You ("Personal Data"). Personally, identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

  • Your name and contact information, including email address and telephone number
  • Your address - residential and/or billing address
  • Information to enable us to check and verify your identity such as Date of birth, age, gender, other registration information, personal description and/or photograph, unique identity number identity proof, username, password etc.
  • Your device details such as Make/Model/IMEI/Serial Number for the purpose of evaluating and preparing a financial offer for its sale.
  • Your professional online presence, e.g. LinkedIn profile
  • Your contact history, order history and saved items
  • Images from your device camera or images stored into gallery, images submitted to us, images clicked and uploaded onto the Platform as evidence of device condition or other proofs.
  • Information from accounts you link to us / our system e.g. Google accounts
  • Information about how you use our website, IT, communication and other systems

We may also collect information on how the Platform is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). This data is collected automatically and passively using various technologies, which generally will not specifically identify you or other individuals and may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), your device details, operating system, browser types, browser version, the pages of our Platform You visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other diagnostic data, scrolling pattern, page response time, errors, your interaction within the portal, any unique internal identification number given to us by the Portal, installing add-ons or software for availing services, information that is stored on your electronic device such as contact, login, audio-visual, images or written content.
