Alaric Bellingham

President, Global Operations

As President, Global Operations, Alaric focuses on orchestrating CellDe's vision, strategy and marketing globally. Prior to joining CellDe, Alaric held leadership positions at Brightstar Corporation’s Hong Kong and UK offices, and Phoenix Cellular UK. With a wealth of experience in business operations and technology within the Mobile Device Trade-in and Buyback industry (in particular P&L, Product and Change Management), Alaric is ideally suited to help drive CellDe forward.

Gayatri Mehra

VP Customer Success

Gayatri brings along an experience of over 10 years in customer service. Prior to joining CellDe, she has worked for the likes of Dell Inc. and has been responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty.

Being Prince 2 Practitioner Certified, and with a sharp acumen and a logical mind that easily grasps new business concepts, Gayatri is known for her ability to complete deliverables thoroughly and ahead of schedule. At CellDe, she liaises between our delivery team and client to maximize the efficacy of a project and ensure business aims at both ends are met.

Sonia Chauhan

Legal Advisor

Sonia is a corporate lawyer with over a decade's experience in mid to high level complexity commercial, intellectual property and legal transactions. She is a contracts and IP expert who advises corporate houses, start ups, think tanks and researchers in navigating the regulatory landscape of India.

In the past, she has worked with prestigious law firms including Clifford Chance. Sonia is also a published author and has written an award winning novella.

Aman Verma

VP Project Delivery

Aman is a customer centric leader with passion for excellence and is specialised in service delivery with vast experience in SDLC methodologies including CMMI and Agile. He has more than 15 years of technical and functional experience in the IT Industry across multiple domains which helps him to maintain the right balance between technology and the business needs. Along with project deliveries he is also responsible for the strategic implementation of major process transformations within organisation.

Richa Bhadwal

VP Human Resources

Richa leads global HR strategy and corporate culture initiatives for CellDe’s workforce. Being with us for half a decade now, she has contributed a lot to strategic HR functions, including hiring, compensating, training, developing, and retaining our employees. Her expertise lies in overseeing all employee benefit programs, refining/executing employee standards/procedures, introducing new strategic approaches, and implementing talent management processes.

Abhishek Dogra

VP Infrastructure & Security

With 15 years of technical experience in infrastructure security, application hosting & database management, Abhishek has played a major role in disaster recovery and business continuity management, standardizing online security, privacy procedures and GRC at CellDe. He brings extensive experience in building and consolidating infrastructure, rightsizing, delivering multiple complex solutions that provide value to the business. For the last several years of working with us, Abhishek has been accountable for securing and managing network, servers, databases and cloud-based infrastructures. His efforts to increase efficiency of IT operations and align IT more tightly with the business strategies and objectives has been commendable.

Aryan Vasisht

VP Business Development

Aryan, our Vice President of Business Development has been instrumental in shaping CellDe's growth trajectory and forging long term relationship with key clients. With an extensive experience in sales & business development along with business analysis, he is able to transform market insights into actionable strategies thus winning big projects for CellDe.

As a key leader, Aryan is responsible for fostering team collaboration and ensuring projects align with long-term business goals. His expertise in cultivating strong client relationships, combined with a forward-thinking approach has positioned the company for sustained growth and excellence.

Sandeep Ghosh

Chief Technology Officer

A Prince 2 Practitioner Certified with more than 13 years of technical and functional experience, Sandeep is responsible for defining, driving, and executing product strategy across the entire CellDe Product Suite including data erasure, device diagnostics, and device lifecycle management solutions. A believer in the power of technology to expand the realm of what’s possible, Sandeep relishes difficult technological challenges, and was an early proponent of omnichannel and other key features of the CellDe platform. His vision and can-do attitude are contagious and has helped make CellDe into a destination for inspired engineering talent.

Pasi Pihlman

Global Head of Sales

Pasi brings more than two decades of sales leadership experience with immense expertise in international business development & sales. He is responsible for spearheading the company's sales and marketing activities across the globe. Prior to joining CellDe he worked in many Device Lifecycle Management Companies. Pasi's vast experience and proven track record will go a long way in strengthening the global reach of Cellde.
